Stone meteorite - LL5 ordinary chondrite
Fell February 15, 2013 at 9:22 a.m. (local time)
A wonderful half stone of this famous witnessed fall, with excellent preserved flight history. This piece features both primary and secondary fusion crust. The primary forming a 'stripe' along the thin edge, and secondary along both opposing sides. The fresh grey interior is clearly visible, giving a perfect glimpse of chondrules and metal flecks.
